Outpatient Counseling
Our professionally trained staff offer counseling to individuals, couples, and families through personalized plans for a wide range of concerns. With the guidance of a counselor, clients work to develop problem-solving, decision-making, and life skills to find healing, peace, and restoration so they can once again begin enjoying life. Outpatient counseling is generally a single appointment scheduled on a weekly basis until the presenting concerns are resolved. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, marital discord, low self-esteem, addictive behaviors, grief/loss, anger, relational conflicts, or other issues or behaviors that are interfering with day-to-day function or enjoyment, Outpatient counseling may be a good place for you to start. Call 1-888-7-CLINIC (1-888-725-4642) to speak with an intake counselor who can provide you with a brief phone assessment to help you decide if this or another treatment option is best for you. Day Treatment
Have you already tried outpatient counseling but it didn't seem to offer enough help? OR Have you recently been discharged from a hospital or residential program and feel you need more support than is available on an Outpatient basis? OR Are you having difficulty functioning on a day-to-day basis? If you said yes to any of these, then Day Treatment may be the best option for your current needs. Day Treatment is a five-day per week approach to providing intensive care through a team of professionals. A typical day of treatment may include an individual counseling session with a therapist, expressive therapy, group therapy, self-study, and devotions. Additional treatment throughout the week may also include health education, relationship building, Christian living group, assertiveness training. At many locations, a psychiatrist will also see you for medication needs. Three weeks in the Day Treatment program is equivalent to approximately one year of weekly individual counseling. Intensive Outpatient
This program is available to those who need more intensive help than is available through an outpatient setting but are unable to take advantage of the Day Treatment program. Participants receive individual and group counseling several hours a day, five days per week from our dedicated Christian staff. After successful completion of the Intensive Outpatient program, clients can continue to build on the skills they have learned by following up with a counselor in Outpatient.
